Buybits unique mounting plate to 1" Socket adapter allows you to mount your GoPro to any 1" existing ball mount
Mounting plate to AMPS adapter screws onto a 1" socket adapter to function as a secure mount adapter

To fit - Remove the BMW badge - this simply clips into the headstock.
Ensure that the threads are clear of debris.
Screw the mount base into the exposed thread and tighten - DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
