This mount is designed to help you out in your kitchen or around the house. Use in kitchens to move your camera around the room with you, allowing you to get the best position to create your cooking videos.
The track is to be screwed on to the underside of kitchen cabinets (please note screws are not included).
The track length is 6" (15.24cm) and width of .91" (2.31cm). The track thickness is .52" (1.32cm)
The Ball will enter at the end the track then slide up and down the track.

The 1" ball features a rubber friction washer and a stainless steel T-bolt. This makes it easy to adjust and tighten for preferred placement. Twist the ball clockwise to tighten and twist counterclockwise to loosen or adjust the ball.
Camera mount base attaches directly to the underside of the action camera. It will replace the original mounting bracket. Please make sure the action camera supports this style of mounting before purchase.
