The SM040-2 Mega Grip Universal Smartphone Holder works with any Arkon Dual T-Tab mounting pedestal (sold separately) and holds smartphones up to 3.25'' wide with no height restrictions, including iPhone X, iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Note 5, and Note 4, Galaxy S8, S7, and S6, LG G6, G5, and G4, Nexus 6 and Nexus 5, HTC One M9, One M8, and One Max, Droid MAXX, Nokia Lumia 1520 and 1020, Motorola Moto G and Moto X. This package includes only Arkon's Mega Grip Holder (mounting pedestals sold separately). The holder's unique spring-loaded side-arm mechanism provides a strong grip that's easy to use, yet makes it easy to insert or remove the smartphone. Just set your phone in the mount and close the arms to lock in place. A push of the holder's side button releases the phone. The Mega Grip Holder is universal, making it compatible even when used with a large protective case or skin. The SM040-2 holder is used in all of the Arkon SM4xx Series bundles, including the SM410, SM411, SM412, SM415, SM416, SM417, SM420, SM421, SM423-G, SM428, SM429SBH, SM432, SM434, SM457, SM468, SM478, SM488, SM488L22, and SM495.
