Return the item in the condition it was supplied to you.

If there’s a problem with the item you have received eg: broken, missing parts or wrong item supplied:

First contact us via eBay or directly via email or phone.

You may be asked to send (email) a digital photo to clarify the problem.

You will be advised of the most appropriate course of action to rectify the problem.

Exchanges
  • If your purchase is faulty or you have received the wrong item, we may offer an exchange for the same product, depending on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange, an exchange will not be available to you.
  • If you purchased an item which comes in a kit, only the faulty part will be replaced.

Refunds
